1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location. Typically, orders are delivered within:
    • Local Orders: 2-5 business days.
    • International Orders: 7-14 business days, depending on customs and location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its status and expected delivery date.

2. International Shipping

  • Customs Fees & Duties: For international orders, any additional customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Kharedo does not cover these charges, so please check with your local customs office for potential fees.
  • Delivery Time Variations: Please note that delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing and other external factors.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only allowed for certain items. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Exchange Period: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, we may not be able to accept exchange requests.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Once approved, further instructions will be provided for returning the product.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent). In such cases, Kharedo will cover return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Beauty products and cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.
  • Perishable grocery items.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: In case of receiving an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund.
